  • Visual identities, editorial design, websites and digital systems. Sometimes things that don’t fit neatly into a category. We’re less interested in labels, more in making something we really believe in, and pushing it as far as it can go.

  • Yes. Same studio, different output. MAFFOOD started as a personal side project, growing from an interest in plant-based cooking into something of its own and always shaped by a design approach. The most interesting projects are where those two worlds meet.

  • MAFFOOD is where MAFF becomes physical: food, gyozas, dinners and workshops. It started as a personal project around plant-based cooking and grew into a way of working with food: from small dinners in the studio to collaborations and events.

  • Not really. Sometimes it behaves like one, but it’s more flexible: shifting between studio dinners, pop-ups and on-site projects.

  • Yes. But we’re not big on labels, it’s just about good food.

    People come for the flavour, and often only realise later that it’s fully plant-based.

  • Yes. Most people don’t notice.

  • Yes. They’re meant to be picked up and reworked.

  • Yes, in our own way. Less standard, more tailored.

  • The MAFFOOD CLUB is a series of dinners held at our studio : a place where the love for food and design intertwine. Our workspot transforms into a welcoming table where we serve a delicious 6-course menu to showcase the beauty of vegetables.

  • Yes. Mostly gyozas: hands-on, filling, shaping, eating.
